A career spanning 22+ years, in various operation and management positions within the Maritime and Shipping Industry, including 8+ years in Fujairah (Port Operation, Agency and Logistic Management), and in command of various types of vessels, including Offshore Dynamic Positioning crafts.
Practical expertise lies in dealing with Salvage, Wreck Removal and Oil Pollution having attended some 60 major casualties. John is an experienced expert witness recently offering expertise in unsafe port cases and salvage.

Started his career as a Cargo Surveyor, thereafter trained for Commodity and Reefer Cargo Inspection. He spent 22 Years with an International Inspection Company based in India. He has also attended several overseas Assignments, as well as having specialized in Cargoes, Minerals, Ores and Fertilizers.
